Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Blazor WebAssembly and ASP.NET Core
- Build reusable UI components and responsive web interfaces using modern front-end design principles
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core/.NET 8
- Implement state management, authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- Integrate applications with SQL Server, Azure services, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical leadership on development initiatives
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Conduct code reviews and establish development best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack application development
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 6/7/8
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Blazor WebAssembly (WASM)
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Strong experience with Entity Framework Core and LINQ
- Expertise in SQL Server database design and performance tuning
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar DevOps tools
- Experience with component libraries such as Telerik UI for Blazor, MudBlazor, Syncfusion, Radzen
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
- Experience developing AI-enabled applications using Azure OpenAI or Microsoft AI services
- Experience with healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries
- Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures
- Experience with SignalR for real-time applications
- Familiarity with Power Platform integrations
- Microsoft Azure certifications are preferred
