Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Model-Driven Apps and Power Platform solutions
Design, configure, and maintain Dataverse-based solutions including tables, relationships, and security
Develop server-side components, plugins, and APIs using C#/.NET
Implement client-side customizations using JavaScript, form scripting, and PCF controls
Design and develop REST API integrations and enterprise data integration solutions
Build and maintain Power Platform Dataflows for ETL and data ingestion
Develop and configure Power Pages solutions
Integrate Power BI with Dynamics 365 for reporting and data visualization
Manage application lifecycle through Git-based source control and CI/CD processes
Participate in feature branching, pull requests, and code reviews
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis
Create and maintain technical and deployment documentation

Senior-level development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Strong understanding of Dataverse tables, relationships, and security models
Experience developing C# plugins and server-side extensions using .NET
Experience with JavaScript customization and client-side development
Experience developing Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls
Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs
Experience working in a multi-developer environment with a shared codebase
Proficiency in Git-based development practices including branching and pull requests
Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis
Must currently reside in Texas

Experience supporting government, public-sector, or state education environments
Microsoft PL-400 Power Platform Developer certification
Microsoft PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect certification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering
