Develop software features for Skilling platforms
Leverage AI and develop Copilot features
Establish and enforce proficient practices in coding, testing, and documentation
Support and maintain existing services & integrations
Design, develop and maintain engineering infrastructure, tools, and services for CI/CD
Improve the reliability and debuggability of test frameworks
Develop and utilize AI/ML models to analyze test failures

4+ years of experience in cloud development principles and patterns
4+ years of experience coding in C# and .Net
4+ years of experience in Database development in Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, or Azure Data Factory (ADF)
4+ years of experience in one of the modern front-end frameworks such as React, Type Script
Experience with Python, AI/LLM-based tools and frameworks
Experience with a blend of technical architecture, software development, and cloud infrastructure expertise
Experience in developing applications using RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, ASP.NET, Web API, and Azure AI Foundry

Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent certification
Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate)
