Full Stack Developer

Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer (Java/Angular) for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Firm located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot, while also developing responsive front-end interfaces with Angular. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and Angular

Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot

Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Participate in application design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making

Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
