Pinellas County RFP 26-0732-REQ - Artificial Intelligence Strategic Roadmap and Governance Framework Consultant.

Pinellas County seeks consulting services to develop an enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence strategic roadmap and governance framework covering current-state readiness, governance structures, responsible-use policy, use case identification, ROI analysis, workforce change management, vendor/procurement strategy, and a three-to-five-year implementation roadmap.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the AI strategic roadmap engagement, coordinate County stakeholders, manage workshops and milestone reviews, track deliverables, prepare executive briefings, and support a practical three-to-five-year AI adoption plan.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
• Decompose the project scope: Convert Pinellas County RFP 26-0732-REQ - Artificial Intelligence Strategic Roadmap and Governance Framework Consultant into work packages, milestones, owners, dependencies, and acceptance gates.
• Build the integrated schedule: Sequence discovery, design, implementation, testing, training, launch, and closeout activities.
• Establish project governance: Set decision rights, meeting cadence, status reporting, approvals, and escalation paths with Pinellas County.
• Manage the RAID register: Own risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, mitigations, due dates, and escalation triggers.
• Control scope and changes: Assess requested changes for schedule, staffing, cost, risk, and acceptance impact before approval.
• Lead readiness and closeout: Coordinate acceptance evidence, launch readiness, transition documentation, lessons learned, and closure approvals.

What You Bring

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.

Earnings, Payments, and Tax Records

Consultants will be able to track project earnings, payment status, and tax records inside the FuntoNetwork mobile app.

Approved payments for this RFP opportunity will be processed through the app, and consultants will be able to request withdrawals from their available balance directly inside the app.

The app will also provide access to relevant payment history and tax-related records for consultant tracking and reporting.
