Role Overview

Help us build the future of AI-powered insurance by shipping end-to-end features, from user problems to production-ready AI agents and APIs. You'll work directly with founders and customers, operating in US working hours.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years shipping full-stack production systems (Python, TypeScript, React/Next.js preferred)
• Proven experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products
• Strong product sense and user empathy
• Experience with data pipelines (DuckDB, dbt, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity with high autonomy

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and own AI agents, product UX, and backend APIs
• Collaborate directly with founders and customers on feature development
• Ship features end-to-end, leveraging AI tools to maximize output
• Write simple, well-understood code with strong engineering judgment
