APPIAN Developer

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an Appian Developer to join a team working on European and South American projects. Daily communication with the team and stakeholders will be mostly in English, and work can be done remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement workflows, UI components, and integrations within the Appian platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Appian applications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Document development processes and solutions for future reference.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience developing solutions with Appian.
• Familiarity with Appian architecture, data models, and process automation.
• Experience integrating Appian applications with third-party systems and APIs.
• Strong understanding of low-code development principles.
• Experience with SQL databases, web services (REST/SOAP), and Appian Plug-ins.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex Appian applications.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Appian certifications are a plus.
