Responsibilities

  • Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models
  • Run rapid, iterative experiments to test hypotheses
  • Translate academic advances into production-ready systems
  • Build and maintain robust ML pipelines
  • Optimize model performance
  • Contribute to a culture of rigorous experimentation
  • Stay current with ML and AI research developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • 4+ years of industry or research experience
  • Deep hands-on experience training and evaluating ML models
  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Familiarity with MLOps tooling and infrastructure
  • Solid understanding of modern NLP, computer vision, and/or reinforcement learning techniques
  • Ability to move fast without sacrificing rigor
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred

  • Master's or PhD a plus
  • Experience with MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow, or similar
  • Experience with language models
