Description

Engineering IT Customer Support providing assistance to GCS user community in the Computer Deployment area.
Perform desktop imaging, provide technical support/troubleshooting and delivery of assigned computers to employees.
Perform other duties and special projects as required.
Customer service and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

High school degree plus 3 years related experience, Associates Degree highly desirable.
Knowledge of networks and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Must be able to move or relocate 50 LBS.
Maintain accurate logs and spreadsheets.
Track/prepare metrics.
