Responsibilities

Design and maintain scalable dashboards and performance reporting to measure partner health, funnel performance, and portfolio economics and drive action

Support analytical workstreams for partner diligence, onboarding, and optimization — including forecasting and ROI modeling

Build frameworks to evaluate partner economics versus expectations

Partner with Product, Business Development, and Marketing to evaluate new opportunities, test hypotheses, and guide investment decisions

Design and execute experiments (A/B or quasi-experimental) to assess and improve partner conversion funnels

Collaborate with data engineering to enhance data pipelines and ensure accurate, reliable partner reporting

Translate technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders

Qualification

Required

3–5 years of experience in analytics, decision science, or data strategy

Strong SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Mode, Power BI)

Proven ability to structure ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks

Excellent written and verbal communication — able to translate complex findings into actionable insights

Detail-oriented with strong documentation and data hygiene habits

High ownership mindset and comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments

Preferred

Experience in B2B2C analytics within the financial services space preferred

Experience with statistical analysis, experimentation design, and AI-enabled tools preferred
