Responsibilities

Deliver user-facing features for loan application and rate check experiences
Maintain full-stack web applications
Define and build next-generation funding form
Improve system performance, reliability, and on-call health

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent
4+ years of experience
Experience delivering end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
Experience with APIs and microservices
Strong frontend development experience with focus on performance, usability, and experimentation
Experience working in cross-functional environments with Product, Design, and other engineering teams

Preferred

Experience improving conversion funnels or other high-scale, metrics-driven user journeys through experimentation
Experience operating in a microservices-based architecture
Experience in fintech or other highly regulated, high-availability environments
