Responsibilities

  • Implement data solutions using Python, PySpark and big data solutions
  • Design and implement data structures, workflows, and integrations
  • Maintain scalable data pipelines
  • Create and maintain data warehouse, data lakes, databases, tables, SQL queries
  • Prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling
  • Automate data analysis and visualization needs
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements

  • 12+ years related experience
  • 3+ years experience with schema designing, data modeling, designing, building, and maintaining data processing systems
  • Experience with Python and PySpark
  • Database development experience using ETL Process, SQL, SPARK, or BigQuery
  • Experience with Delta Lakes and Data Warehouse
  • Experience in triaging data issues and analyzing end-to-end data pipelines
  • Experience working with data governance/data quality and data security teams

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a similarly relevant field
  • Exposure to Big Data Development using Databricks, Snowflakes, OCI, Hive, Impala, Spark
  • Exposure to machine learning, data science, computer vision, artificial intelligence, statistics, and/or applied mathematics
  • Exposure to agile methodologies and capable of applying DevOps and DataOps principles
