• ゲームメカニクスの設計と実装

ゲームの核心的なメカニクスを設計し、エンジン内での実装を行います。

• プレイヤーインタラクションの開発

プレイヤーの動作、アクション、反応を設計し、プレイヤーが楽しむことができる体験を提供します。

• ゲームバランスの調整

新しいゲームアイデアやメカニクスのプロトタイプを作成し、テストと評価を行います。

• プロトタイプの作成

新しいゲームアイデアやメカニクスのプロトタイプを作成し、テストと評価を行います。

• 他部門との協力

アート、デザイン、プログラムチームと連携し、ゲーム全体の一貫性を確保します。

• フィードバックの収集と改善

プレイヤーのフィードバックを基にゲームプレイの改良を行い、より良い体験を提供します。

7.仕様書やドキュメントの作成

実装した機能に関する文書を作成し、チーム内外との情報共有を行います。

Job Description

• Design and Implementation of Game Mechanics Design and implement core game mechanics within the game engine.
• Development of Player Interaction Design player movements, actions, and responses to provide an enjoyable experience for the players.
• Game Balance Adjustment Create prototypes of new game ideas and mechanics, followed by testing and evaluation.
• Prototype Creation Develop prototypes of new game ideas and mechanics, and conduct tests and evaluations.
• Collaboration with Other Departments Work closely with art, design, and programming teams to ensure consistency across the entire game.
• Feedback Collection and Improvement Make gameplay improvements based on player feedback to offer a better experience.
• Creation of Specifications and Documentation Prepare documentation on implemented features and share information within and outside the team.

応募資格/Who We Look For

応募資格

1.ゲーム開発におけるシステム設計・管理の経験（AAAまたはAAプロジェクトが望ましい）

2.AAAアクションゲームの開発経験（優遇）

3.AIやゲームメカニクスの設計経験

4.優れた問題解決能力と分析能力

5.他部門との円滑なコミュニケーション能力

Qualifications

• Experience in system design and management in game development (preferably for AAA or AA projects)
• Development experience in AAA action games (preferred)
• Experience in designing AI and game mechanics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills for smooth collaboration with other departments
