Job Description

Support for daily Lync telecom requests for service (moves/adds/changes/disconnects) and repairs to existing service. Prepare phones for deployment, provide customer training in use and set up of telephones.

Required Skills

High School degree or equivalent combination of training and experience plus 2 – 4 years working in support of an Enterprise Local Area Network; AA/AS degree plus 1 – 3 years preferred

Knowledge of LAN and WAN concepts a plus
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30lbs
Knowledge of EIA/TIA 568B Telecommunications Standards (Analog, Digital, VoIP)
Must be able to work independently in a large campus environment and prioritize competing tasks

High School Diploma
