Own and evolve core capabilities within the Dayforce Workflow platform
Contribute to AI-enabled orchestration and intelligent automation initiatives
Design and build scalable backend services, extensible APIs, and orchestration capabilities
Improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of high-volume workflow systems
Drive technical design, engineering standards, and operational excellence
Mentor teammates, contribute to technical leadership, and help raise the engineering bar

Hands-on experience building or prototyping AI-enabled applications, agents, or orchestration workflows using LLMs and modern AI frameworks
Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent
Strong experience building and maintaining production-grade enterprise applications with C#/.NET
Experience designing scalable backend services, extensible APIs, and reusable platform capabilities
Strong SQL Server expertise, including performance tuning, query optimization, concurrency, and troubleshooting at scale
Experience building distributed, high-volume systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance
Practical experience with Azure and modern cloud development patterns
Ability to communicate with clarity across all levels
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across backend systems, distributed services, and platform infrastructure
Experience with modern development practices, CI/CD workflows, observability, structured logging, and operational reliability
Strong engineering judgment — balancing scalability, maintainability, platform evolution, and pragmatic delivery
