Design and develop a unified, scalable Developer Platform
Build secure APIs and infrastructure
Collaborate across teams to drive innovation
Dive deep into current developer platform and identify pain points
Design innovative solutions for the developer platform
Participate in design and development of a new architecture
Evaluate and implement tools, frameworks, and methodologies
Write high-quality, production-ready code
Guide and mentor other engineers
Share best practices and architectural insights
Foster a culture of engineering excellence
Partner with engineering, architects, product, design, quality, DevOps / Infra teams, and leadership

Expertise in Developer Platform / DevEx fundamentals and infrastructure platform services design
Proficiency in Golang
Experience with Python
Deep proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins) in large-scale environments
Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP)
Extensive experience with Kubernetes
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong ownership and accountability
Proven experience driving large, impactful projects
Strong communication skills
Ability to articulate technical concepts
Ability to influence engineering direction across teams, departments, and stakeholders in multiple time zones
