Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of MERN stack developers, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards

Conduct code reviews and maintain development best practices

Requirements

5+ years of experience in full-stack development with MERN stack

Proven leadership and team management experience

Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js

Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
