Serve as technical point of contact for decisions impacting the iOS platform
Partner with product teams to address technology needs and developer pain points
Champion and drive large-scale cross-functional initiatives
Leverage AI to accelerate delivery and increase efficiency of migrations and refactoring
Represent iOS engineer needs to leadership
Prioritize projects on platform teams to ensure high quality features
Scale leadership through direct mentorship, best practices, processes, training, and tools
Ensure solid technical plans for projects via review or delegation

Deep expertise building iOS systems at scale with modern frameworks
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in client architecture
Track record of delivering large cross-functional projects across multiple organizations
Track record of championing developer velocity and feature quality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in day-to-day workflow
Demonstrated ability of critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
