Design, develop, test, and maintain OOP applications using C# and .NET
Troubleshoot and enhance existing C# applications for endpoint engineering
Build automation tools integrating with SharePoint, Microsoft Word, and SQL Server
Design, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases and queries
Apply enterprise security structures and file system permissions to applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for software deployment and integration
Execute unit, system, and integration testing
Develop software using secure coding practices
Participate in scrum ceremonies and technical design discussions
Estimate development effort and provide technical recommendations
Utilize enterprise source control and version management
Document software requirements, design decisions, and workflows
Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or Engineering with 10+ years experience or HS diploma with 18+ years experience
Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise IT, software development, or desktop engineering
Experience developing enterprise applications using C# and .NET
Experience refactoring and enhancing existing C#/.NET applications
Experience with SQL Server and writing SQL queries
Experience building solutions integrated with SharePoint or Microsoft Word automation
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

Experience supporting large-scale federal or enterprise IT environments
Understanding of Tachyon or Microsoft Power Apps
Exposure to enterprise deployment automation, scripting, or operational reporting tools
Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft C#/.NET, CompTIA ITF+, or SQL Server certifications
