Responsibilities

Develop APIs, services, background workers, and MVC web applications
Design and build complex, scalable, and reliable systems
Design, build, and maintain Kafka-based event processing services
Design and implement effective service/product interfaces
Develop and maintain application data models
Own larger, complex initiatives end-to-end
Collaborate with engineers to design scalable services

Requirements

8+ years of experience building SaaS web applications using ASP.NET, C# and JavaScript and/or Python
Strong experience integrating 3rd-party APIs
Strong experience publishing and consuming Kafka events
Strong experience developing unit and integration-tests
Strong experience integrating with AWS services
Strong experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
Strong SQL programming and data-layer development experience

Preferred

12+ years of experience building SaaS web applications using ASP.NET, C# and JavaScript and/or Python
Experience architecting and designing systems from the ground up
Experience working with a geographically dispersed team
