You'll need to have

2+ years professional Ruby and Ruby on Rails experience
Experience with PostgreSQL, Sidekiq, and delayed jobs
Familiarity with Git, RSpec, and Capybara
Experience integrating external API's

It’d be great if you also have experience with:

Building a RESTful API
Building a Gem
jQuery and Javascript
HTML and CSS
ElasticSearch
Redis
Open source contribution
AWS architecture and Chef
