Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications
  • Build solutions beyond out-of-the-box functionality
  • Clone, extend, and customize existing ServiceNow modules
  • Develop workflows, automation, and integrations
  • Write, test, and debug ServiceNow scripts
  • Develop custom UI components
  • Ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Collaborate with developers within an Agile/DevSecOps environment
  • Work independently on development tasks
  • Maintain and apply knowledge of ServiceNow data structures
  • Configure and utilize MID Server for integrations
  • Implement role-based access controls
  • Adhere to security and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • 0 years with BS/BA or 4 years with HS diploma
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow data architecture
  • Proficiency in JavaScript
  • Proficiency in the ServiceNow Glide API
  • Experience building and customizing applications beyond out-of-the-box functionality
  • Experience with ServiceNow domain separation concepts
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow security
  • Ability to independently analyze requirements and implement technical solutions
  • Experience with integrations, automation, and platform customization
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience with App Engine Studio is a plus
