Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
• 2+ years experience in business analysis or related role
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Knowledge of process improvement and KPI design
• Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools
• SQL
• Data visualization (Tableau or Power BI)
• Process mapping (BPMN)
• Requirements tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Stakeholder management and clear communication
