Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI reports and dashboards
Utilize DAX expertise to create complex calculations, measures, and KPIs
Implement row-level security measures within Power BI
Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize structured data models
Manage Fabric capacity resources, monitor usage, and optimize performance
Participate in data governance initiatives and adhere to change control processes
Perform thorough data analysis, distill insights, and craft data-driven narratives
Utilize advanced visualization techniques to create interactive reports
Present complex findings and reports to executive stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report performance, data accuracy, and visualizations
Perform other duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience as a Power BI developer
Expertise in working with structured data from Tabular Models, SQL Server, and Synapse Analytics
Proficiency in writing complex DAX expressions and calculations
Familiarity with Power BI security mechanisms
Strong data modeling skills within Power BI
Intermediate skills in Power BI Desktop
Exceptional data analysis, storytelling, and visualization skills
Excellent presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work independently and guide others through collaboration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality
Willingness and ability to work flexible hours as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, & Word)
Proficiency in modern communication tools for virtual teams (Microsoft Teams, Slack)

Scrum, Jira, or DevOps experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric/One Lake
Relevant Power BI certifications (Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power BI)
