Product Manager - Clearing and Settlement

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product design and delivery of the company's TradFi clearing and settlement platform
• Lead the product development roadmap and execution for the TradFi clearing and settlement platform, focusing on backend capabilities
• Lead the design of full lifecycle management: trade reconciliation, non-trade reconciliation, anomaly detection, error handling, and settlement
• Define and monitor key system and business metrics (e.g., false positive rate, processing time, reliability), and advance continuous optimization through data and experimentation
• Partner with engineering, product managers, spot operations, futures operations, treasury, and finance teams to design robust systems for settlement, reconciliation, and fund flow management
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to integrate systems and investigate issues
• Act as a hands-on contributor, taking initiative to identify system/process gaps and driving end-to-end execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in clearing & settlement, fintech, or platform/infrastructure products
• Background in Accountancy and/or Finance is an advantage
• Deep understanding of settlement, reconciliation, ledger systems, or fund flow design
• Familiarity with backend system design and APIs; comfortable working closely with engineering teams on system architecture
• Data-driven and analytical mindset, with experience using metrics to guide product decisions
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a global or multi-region environment
• Demonstrated ownership and structured thinking, with ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with external partners and stakeholders
