Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines into Snowflake using Bronze/Silver/Gold medallion architecture
Build and maintain CDC-based replication/ingestion pipelines (OpenFlow, Fivetran, or comparable tools)
Write and optimize SQL, stored procedures, views, and scheduled tasks in Snowflake
Develop Python-based scripts, automation, and integrations for data workflows
Design and maintain dimensional and semantic data models (fact/dimension, star schema, surrogate keys)
Partner with BI developers to build semantic-layer views powering Power BI dashboards
Monitor pipeline health and data quality, build observability and logging, troubleshoot issues
Integrate third-party systems and APIs (e.g., Jira) into the data warehouse
Document data pipelines, data models, and processes
Collaborate with Data & BI team on governance, security, and access management

4-6+ years in a data engineering or similar data platform role
Strong SQL skills and hands-on Snowflake or cloud data warehouse experience (Redshift, BigQuery, Synapse)
Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data pipeline development
Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and CDC-based data replication (OpenFlow, Fivetran, or similar)
Solid understanding of data modeling: medallion architecture, star schema, dimensional modeling
Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tool and upstream data model support
Experience using Jira or similar ticketing/project tracking tools
Comfortable with version control (Git) and software engineering best practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience
Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
