3+ years of experience designing and engineering large-scale systems
Comfortable working on a new product under fluid conditions, balancing tactical and strategic considerations
Track record of leading and shipping complex cross-team projects end-to-end
Measure success in terms of business impact, not lines of code
Ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility and an entrepreneurial mindset
Work well cross-functionally and earn trust from co-workers at all levels
Prefer simple solutions and designs over complex ones, with good intuition for what will last and scale
Care deeply about mentorship and growing engineers
