Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions incorporating latest techniques from Databricks AI research
Own production rollouts of consumer and internally facing GenAI applications
Serve as trusted technical advisor to customers across various domains
Present at conferences such as Data + AI Summit as a thought leader
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap

Experience building GenAI applications including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning
Experience with HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy
Expertise in deploying production-grade GenAI applications including evaluation and optimizations
Hands-on industry data science experience with pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch
Experience building production-grade ML deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
Graduate degree in quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical and technical audiences
U.S. citizenship and eligibility for U.S. government secret clearance
Based in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia metropolitan area

Experience using Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark for large-scale distributed datasets
Willing to travel once every 4-8 weeks to see customers
