Responsibilities

  • Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions incorporating latest techniques from Databricks AI research
  • Own production rollouts of consumer and internally facing GenAI applications
  • Serve as trusted technical advisor to customers across various domains
  • Present at conferences such as Data + AI Summit as a thought leader
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap

Requirements

  • Experience building GenAI applications including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning
  • Experience with HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy
  • Expertise in deploying production-grade GenAI applications including evaluation and optimizations
  • Hands-on industry data science experience with pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch
  • Experience building production-grade ML deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Graduate degree in quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical and technical audiences
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility for U.S. government secret clearance
  • Based in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia metropolitan area

Preferred

  • Experience using Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark for large-scale distributed datasets
  • Willing to travel once every 4-8 weeks to see customers
