Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring high standards in code quality, architecture, and delivery.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software features and services across the engineering team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Implement and uphold best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and software development processes.
• Perform technical reviews, provide guidance on system architecture, and troubleshoot complex engineering challenges.
• Help shape and execute the technical roadmap aligned with company growth.

Key Requirements

• Software Engineering Expertise: Strong background in building and scaling applications, with proven experience in delivering complex features and systems.
• Backend Development: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Python is highly preferred. Experience with Java, JavaScript, or Golang will also be considered.
• Frontend Knowledge: Solid understanding of modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React.js, or Angular practical experience is a plus.
• DevOps Practices: Familiar with CI/CD, monitoring, automation, and cloud environments.
• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in managing engineering teams of at least 5 members for 2 - 3 years, including performance reviews and mentorship.
• International Exposure: Must have worked in international or multicultural environments.
• Career Stability: Preference for candidates with a consistent and progressive career history (no frequent short stints).
• Relocation: Strong motivation and openness to relocating for the role.
