職務概要

我們正在尋找具備技術背景與產品管理能力的 PM，負責UNO 工業電腦產品線的產品規劃、產品生命週期管理及新產品開發，並與全球業務團隊合作，推動產品市場拓展及商業成功。此職位將與 R&D、驗證、製造、供應鏈及產品行銷團隊密切合作，共同打造具市場競爭力的工業電腦產品。

主要工作內容

Product Line Ownership & Roadmap

Manage the lifecycle and strategy for advanced UNO portfolios.

Vertical Market Penetration

Actively promote specialized products to target vertical markets (PC-Based controller (SoftPLC application), Automation Edge Computing); analyze industry-specific pain points to create compelling value propositions.

Rapid Customization & Proposal Engineering

Serve as the primary consultant for global key accounts; analyze customized or derived customer requirements and rapidly turn them into viable technical-commercial proposals (ODM/OEM solutions).

NPI & Cross-functional Coordination

Lead the NPI process for new product variants, collaborating closely with R&D, validation, operations, and regulatory teams to ensure quick time-to-market.

Market Insight & Domain Mastery

Quickly absorb domain knowledge regarding specialized industry regulations, standard modifications, and competitors' moves to continuously optimize product positioning.

必要條件

• 3-5年以上工作經驗

+ 3-5 years PM experience

• 有產品開發規劃及管理能力

Familiar at new product/ project development plan and well management capability.

• 善於時間管理且能有效地進行跨部門溝通

Good at project schedule management and the ability of effectively communicate across departments.

• 清晰邏輯思考力, 並具問題解決及決策能力

Clear logical thinking to analysis the problem correctly and have problem solving skill, can make the decision properly.

• 具備IPC 相關產品知識及了解市場趨勢

Have knowledge of IPC related products and be aware of market trend

• 有理工背景or有IPC 技術為佳

Science and engineering degree or IPC technology background is preferred.
