Deliver system and data analysis for Payment Integrity
Facilitate and coordinate building, documenting, and reviewing system and data analysis techniques
Facilitate and coordinate data collection capabilities
Identify, analyze gaps, and document analysis conducted on software programs, applications, infrastructure, and systems
Collaborate with internal departments and end users
Collect data and conduct analysis for system and enhancement
Drive implementation of changes for application, system, infrastructure, and services
Coordinate and facilitate activities to evaluate and recommend new tools or platforms

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR 4 additional years of relevant work experience
3 years relevant system/technical analysis
Knowledge of system or analysis methods and evaluation criteria
Knowledge of application development, application/data architecture, infrastructure, systems and processes
Knowledge of system analysis tools and techniques
Must be able to meet established deadlines
Must be able to handle multiple customer service demands
Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service
Eligible to work in the U.S. without Sponsorship

Ability to motivate self and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile execution
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment
