Responsibilities
- Improve developer experience and delivery speed through platform initiatives
- Contribute to platform roadmap and simplify product and technical design
- Build and scale AI-powered developer tooling and agentic coding workflows
- Develop policy- and guardrail-aware assistants for code review and automation
- Create prompt libraries and service manuals for safe AI adoption
- Evolve CI/CD platform for speed, observability, and ease of adoption
- Strengthen platform reliability and security in Kubernetes
- Apply Helm chart patterns, deployment practices, and IaC workflows
- Contribute to incident response playbooks and recovery patterns
- Create self-service software templates, CLI tools, and bootstrap flows
- Write documentation, runbooks, and technical blogs
- Pair with teammates on complex changes and champion code review quality
Requirements
- Track record of building platform capabilities with clear outcomes
- Experience with CI/CD systems and reusable pipeline components
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
- Experience with AI engineering including prompt design and LLM integration
- Proficiency in at least two languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Bash
- Strong security and reliability instincts
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Experience building agentic developer assistants
- Experience with CDN and edge controls for maintenance and incident response
- Experience with platform observability improvements
- Experience with gRPC service enablement and runtime configuration
- Exposure to commercial LLM providers like Anthropic
