• Basic engineering knowledge and Supply Chain Management (SCM) process.
• Good Knowledge on Statistical approach for Data Analysis
• Basic Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM or SalesForce CRM) and order management concept
• Knowledge on Supply chain process and terminologies, like, Lead time, Range based planning, Min qty and Max qty calculations
• Should be able to build a process map to deliver desired results.
• Knowledge on MS Office tools like Excel, Access, Powerpoint, SharePoint etc
• Able to draw conclusion and make recommendations based on the data analytics
• Good verbal and written communication (require to create PPTs and explain it to the team)
• Knowledge in handling Big Data concepts
• Should be ready for short term travel.
