Regular Business Analyst/ 1

We are seeking an experienced Business Engineer to join our dynamic cross-functional team responsible for developing customer-facing web and mobile applications. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring that requirements are well-defined, testable, and aligned with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality web and app solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Engineering: Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for web and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Create and maintain high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.
• Backlog Management: Actively participate in backlog refinement and prioritization sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and Architects to translate business needs into clear and implementable requirements.
• Effort Estimation & Planning: Support effort estimation and delivery planning to ensure realistic timelines and resource allocation.
• Requirement Traceability: Ensure traceability, consistency, and testability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• UX/UI Coordination: Coordinate with UX/UI designers to align business requirements with user experience concepts.
• Development Support: Provide ongoing support to the development team during implementation and testing phases.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of product and delivery processes.

• Quality & Methodology: Requirement Traceability, Testability of Requirements, Documentation Standards, Strong Analytical Skills
• Proven experience in requirements engineering for web and mobile applications.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management.

3 days from the office, 2 days of home office.
