Need dedicated architectural lead in Solution Architecture & Planning to partner with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams for client solution design.

Deliverables

High-level architectural designs, technology evaluations, stakeholder workshops, and technical proposals.

Industry Experience

Minimum 8+ years of total industry experience required.

NON-NEGOTIABLES

Education

Undergraduate or Graduate Degree required by client.

Java / Programming Language (6+ years) – Advanced proficiency in core Java/J2EE for enterprise architecture and implementation.

AppDynamics Administration – Advanced hands-on experience administering and configuring AppDynamics for enterprise monitoring.

Dynatrace Architecture – In-depth architectural design and deployment experience using Dynatrace.

Total Experience – 8+ years of overall technical/industry experience.

NICE-TO-HAVES

Experience with Spring Framework ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring AOP, Spring JDBC, Spring JPA, Hibernate).

Hands-on visualization experience using Grafana.

Advanced proficiency in Angular UI and Splunk log monitoring.

DISQUALIFIERS

Candidates with less than 8 years of total technical industry experience.

Lack of hands-on experience in both AppDynamics Administration and Dynatrace Architecture.

Lack of a completed Undergraduate or Graduate degree.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect / Technical Application Lead to join our Solution Architecture & Planning team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, differentiated technology solutions. You will serve as a subject matter expert, leading technical discussions, establishing solution directions, and evaluating emerging technologies to drive business objectives.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the design and implementation of scalable, innovative technology solutions aligning with client business goals.
• Translate client requirements into structured architectural solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead technical discussions and workshops to align stakeholders and define overall solution strategy.
• Manage and mentor technical team members, fostering collaboration and elevating delivery quality.
• Evaluate emerging industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings.
• Support the development of technical proposals and presentations communicating solution value propositions.
