Ship marketable features for Storyblok app using modern web technologies
Own the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle
Break work into small, reviewable chunks for incremental delivery
Write unit and integration tests to validate code behavior
Test, optimize, and maintain the application for security, performance, and accessibility
Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product, Design and Leadership teams
Actively participate in code reviews
Understand work domain, sharing knowledge frequently and contributing to documentation
Help teammates overcome obstacles and resolve blockers
Take initiative in project-level discussions and encourage adoption of better practices
Seek guidance to increase your own experience
Mentor teammates in an open, respectful, flexible, and empathetic manner

A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a Frontend Engineer
Proficiency in modern frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, React, or similar frameworks)
Thorough knowledge about JavaScript/Typescript languages and their modern syntax and features
Solid understanding of web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, browser APIs, performance, security and accessibility considerations
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and the ability to monitor test pipelines and escalate issues
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in learning, knowledge sharing, and helping others grow
Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work
