Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain features across Access Intelligence and event integrations
  • Develop browser extension phishing blocker functionality
  • Contribute to shared Rust core library
  • Maintain Bitwarden Splunk app
  • Partner with QA to ensure application testing and test completeness
  • Design and evolve APIs and data models
  • Develop encrypted report structures for enterprise-scale data
  • Review PRs and provide feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with open-source community to review contributions and address GitHub issues

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with .NET Core and C#
  • Strong proficiency with Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS
  • Deep understanding of relational database design and optimization
  • Experience with SQL Server
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement RESTful APIs
  • Experience building features for enterprise customers
  • Understanding of auditability, permissions, and compliance

Preferred

  • User of Bitwarden
  • Startup experience
  • Open source experience
  • Experience with Rust for cross-platform SDK
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience with Splunk or other SIEM platforms like Datadog or Elastic
  • Exposure to zero-knowledge or client-side-encrypted systems
  • Browser extension development experience including Manifest V3, service workers, and IndexedDB
  • Experience using Claude Code or similar generative AI coding platforms
