Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect with a proven track record in advanced analytics, machine learning, and cloud‑based data platforms. This role requires hands‑on expertise—academic knowledge alone is not sufficient. You will design, guide, and implement sophisticated analytics solutions, working across Azure, Hadoop ecosystems, and modern data engineering stacks.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, present complex concepts in simplified terms, and ensure analytics solutions are delivered into well‑controlled, production‑ready environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement advanced analytics solutions using Python, ML techniques, NLP, LLMs, AI agents, and optimization methods.
• Lead hands‑on development of analytics pipelines, ensuring production‑grade quality and governance.
• Work with relational databases (SQL) and ETL frameworks for data collection, transformation, and modeling.
• Apply deep knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem (Cloudera experience is a plus).
• Design and optimize solutions on Azure Cloud, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.
• Present analytical results and solution designs to diverse audiences—from end users to senior management.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business‑friendly explanations.
• Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies in data science and analytics.
• Work within Agile delivery frameworks, ensuring contributions align with product goals.
• Demonstrate creativity, adaptability, and strong problem‑solving capabilities.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in advanced analytics, data engineering, or technical architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Python; knowledge of Scala and Spark is an advantage.
• Expertise in SQL, ETL processes, and relational database querying.
• Mastery of analytical techniques: machine learning, NLP, LLMs, AI agents, mathematical optimization.
• Experience implementing analytics solutions in controlled production environments.
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Hadoop ecosystems.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to learn quickly.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Agile development experience.
