• Coordinates country inventory budget and forecasting process
• Shares inventory reduction best practices and leads inventory workshops within the country
• Identifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and organizes root cause analysis meetings
• Supports definition of global VCM standards
• Coordinates “material committee” focusing on accuracy, excess and obsolete inventory
