Job Openings Business Data Analyst

Support Marketing and Operations teams by providing forecasts derived from in-depth analysis of customer, market, and internal company data.
Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex datasets, transforming raw data into meaningful insights and actionable business intelligence.
Partner with key stakeholders to gather and validate market intelligence, including customer behavior, competitor trends, and operational flow data.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver effective and scalable data solutions that meet business needs.
Design and develop data visualization dashboards and reports to support informed, data-driven decision-making.
Apply statistical and analytical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within datasets for diagnostic and predictive analysis.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, analytical processes, and overall business performance.
Identify data inconsistencies or errors and perform necessary corrections to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in data analysis or a related field.
Bachelors degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as SPSS, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Working knowledge of programming languages and data tools such as SQL, R, and Python.
Strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies and analytical methodologies.
Analytical and critical thinking mindset with a strong passion for problem-solving.
Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in business metrics analysis and performance measurement.
