Responsibilities

  • Write and execute test plans and test cases
  • Perform manual and automated functional, regression, and integration testing
  • Identify, document, and track defects to resolution
  • Support release testing and sign-off
  • Build and maintain automated tests
  • Support CI/CD test coverage
  • Expand automated coverage over time
  • Reproduce and triage issues with engineering
  • Partner with engineering and product to understand requirements
  • Provide feedback on product quality
  • Communicate quality status and risks clearly

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of software QA experience
  • Experience with web-based SaaS applications
  • Experience writing test plans and test cases
  • Experience performing manual functional and regression testing
  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with defect-tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Clear communication
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • ISTQB certification is a plus
