• Администрирование и поддержка информационных систем компании.
• Настройка, сопровождение и развитие IT-инфраструктуры.
• Контроль установки и обновления программного обеспечения.
• Обработка заявок пользователей и оказание технической поддержки.
• Управление изменениями и устранение инцидентов в работе сервисов.
• Мониторинг работоспособности информационных систем и оперативное устранение сбоев.
• Резервное копирование данных и контроль сохранности информации.
• Организация профилактического обслуживания компьютерной техники и периферийного оборудования.
• Взаимодействие с подрядными организациями по вопросам ремонта и модернизации оборудования.
• Консультирование сотрудников по вопросам эксплуатации оборудования и программного обеспечения.
• Подготовка отчетности и предложений по совершенствованию IT-систем компании.
