Responsibilities

Design, code, debug, test, document, and implement Salesforce Health Cloud
Provide functional and technical support for Salesforce Health Cloud
Collaborate with other department resources to support system interfaces and data integration
Monitor, define, and report on critical path workflows
Resolve issues or escalate issues as required
Drive the design and implementation of new business processes
Evaluate, support, and test vendor-supplied software packages
Determine compatibility with existing systems and install/test vendor upgrades
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software
Research setup and functionality of software modules
Understand business processes and user functions supported by modules
Recommend process changes to end-users for better application utilization
Share knowledge of how application modules inter-link
Assist with planning, coordination, and direction of Salesforce modifications
Help design UI and workflows based on business needs
Analyze, design, and develop code for system interfaces and data integration
Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems
Convert logical design into program code
Analyze, review, and rewrite programs for efficiency or new requirements
Perform complex coding assignments and participate in code reviews
Serve as a technical and functional resource to entry-level developers
Provide daily support to functional end-users with system issues
Perform debugging tasks to resolve system issues
Increase understanding of end-users functions to support application development
Coordinate with departments to ensure proper application functioning
Disseminate information and reports on application upgrades, fixes, and new processes
Develop system and program test plans
Prepare and obtain test data
Conduct program and system testing
Evaluate test results and defect logs, perform code revisions
Prepare technical reports and instructional manuals
Maintain current system design documents and program documentation
Provide escalation assistance for daily trouble ticket resolution
Perform reporting tasks using standard reporting tools
Log, monitor, and manage event calls regarding reported problems
Participate in project review/status meetings
Work in a team environment using Agile Project Management (Scrum)
Participate in Scrum activities (user stories, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Document change control
Perform on-call support functions
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field with courses in programming and database systems or equivalent experience
U.S. Citizen
Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation
5+ years general application development and support experience
3 years’ hands on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud
3 years’ experience with a Salesforce DevOps toolset and CI/CD practices
Experience with JavaScript
Experience with Flows
Experience with Apex
Experience with LWC
Experience with Visualforce
Experience with SOAP
Experience with REST
Experience working in an agile environment using Jira or similar solutions
Experience communicating with both technical and business audiences

Preferred

7 or more years of general application development and support experience
4 years' experience in Salesforce Health Cloud
4 years' experience with a Salesforce DevOps toolset and CI/CD practices
Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
Aura framework
OmniScript
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technical experience working with healthcare systems or in a government contract systems environment
Experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components
Experience in Einstein Analytics
