About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented individual to oversee the operation of their Hong Kong office, with a primary focus on the IT department. As the leader of a team, you will be responsible for developing and releasing iOS/Android mobile applications to the global app market. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with policies and handling any violations that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the Hong Kong office, with a focus on the IT department.
• Lead and manage a team in developing and releasing iOS/Android mobile applications globally.
• Ensure compliance with policies and promptly address any violations.
• Ensure all deliverables meet technical, functional, performance, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful release of applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development and releasing.
• Hands-on technical experience in building software products, preferably in the gaming industry or financial services.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in JAVA/Unity programming language.
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server; caching technologies like Redis, Hazelcast; and MongoDB is a plus.
• Familiarity with frameworks like SpringBoot, SpringMVC, MyBatis, and SpringCloud Dubbo is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good understanding of compliance and policies from Google Play and App Store would be advantageous.
• Immediately available is highly preferred
