The Strategy Executive will support the strategic direction of the company by conducting in-depth research, analyzing market data, and working with cross-functional teams to drive key business initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Support the planning and implementation of strategic projects, working closely with team members to ensure goals are met.
• Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and recommend improvements.
• Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations that summarize research findings and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Collaboration: Work with teams across departments (e.g., marketing, finance, product) to align strategic initiatives with organizational goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the performance of strategic initiatives, using KPIs and metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills, with experience preparing presentations and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
