You own a client engagement from first diagnosis to final sign-off, holding commercial, delivery and risk accountability. The work follows a fixed sequence — diagnostic, design, build and governance sign-off — and every decision, assumption and approval is logged for full audit.

The model is remote-first with no office or travel requirement, working asynchronously across clients in EMEA and APAC.

Compensation is a day-rate consulting model

a typical principal works at a day rate around £1,500, 60–70% utilisation, and an annual gross in the £200k+ range before tax, plus referral income on originated work.
