Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain software applications using C# and .NET
Participate in the full software development lifecycle
Integrate software applications with various systems and data sources
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing software applications
Document software design, functionality, and changes
Develop a vision and potential team structure for a new project team
Research and evaluate new technologies and tools
Mentor junior talent and share best practices
Translate engineering requirements into digital tools

Requirements

8+ years desktop .NET/C# development experience
Experience with Excel plugins
Experience with Azure
Agile and DevOps tools experience
Ability to translate engineering requirements into digital tools
Mentor others
Experience in desktop .NET development
Knowledge of software development life cycle
Ability to use a structured methodology for delivering and managing new or enhanced software products
Detail oriented with strong analytical & technical knowledge

Experience working and leading in an Agile environment
