Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Developer to design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM).

Key Responsibilities

Development & Configuration

• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Case Management.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, and automation scripts.
• Create and maintain UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.

Integration

• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Develop secure and scalable integrations with external systems such as CRM and ERP platforms.

Platform Administration

• Support ServiceNow instance upgrades and cloning activities.
• Contribute to platform performance optimization.
• Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and asset management capabilities.

Quality & Compliance

• Follow ServiceNow coding standards and platform best practices.
• Ensure solutions comply with ITIL processes and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM and CSM.
• Strong proficiency in:
• JavaScript
• Glide API
• HTML
• CSS
• Jelly
• AngularJS
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and configuration.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Certifications

• Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM and CSM.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD).
