As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Solution Engineer (SharePoint + Viva).

Position

Solution Engineer SharePoint + Viva

Salary Range

RM15,000 - RM30,000

Experience Required

Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in SharePoint development, integration, and platform management.

Job Responsibilities

1. Platform Development and Requirements Realization

• Assess requirements and implement development solutions for SharePoint platform.
• Participate in the development of modules such as WebPart, Object Modeling, Event Handling, and Workflow.
• Handle SharePoint site migration, upgrades, and management.

2. System Integration and Interface Management

• Plan and execute integration programs between SharePoint and other enterprise systems.
• Manage interface data and monitor operational status to ensure system stability and availability.

3. Platform Operation, Maintenance, and Optimization

• Oversee daily maintenance and inspection of SharePoint platform.
• Evaluate upgrade requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
• Configure and optimize SharePoint search and web crawling features.

4. Technical Skills and Tool Mastery

• Proficient in ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET, SQL Server.
• Strong front-end and back-end expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, XSLT, XML, WebService.
• Knowledge of SharePoint lifecycle management and security configuration.
• Familiar with Microsoft suite of products and related integrations.

5. Teamwork and Communication

• Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently resolve technical challenges and support user training and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in SharePoint platform development, integration, and operations.
• Strong bilingual proficiency in Malay & English (spoken and written).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with proven ability to manage enterprise-scale SharePoint environments.
