Aid in designing, developing, deploying, documenting, and maintaining web/mobile and backend services
Mentor junior team members
Collaborate with product, design, and architecture teams to translate business requirements and user interface designs into robust code components
Implement, test, deliver, and maintain solutions based on detailed solution designs
Triage and resolve errors and defects
Participate in assessing technical feasibility and estimating feature complexity
Conduct user interface, design, and code reviews
Promote best practices and standards
Liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver product priorities
Research and evaluate emerging technologies and potential new product features
Contribute to the reduction of technical debt
Serve as the primary point of contact for specific product areas
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Complete administrative tasks punctually

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
3+ years of experience in full stack development
Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript (Node.js, React, Angular, etc.)
Strong understanding and application of software engineering best practices, including SOLID principles, design patterns, and coding standards
Ability to refactor codebase to improve readability, performance, and maintainability
Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM technologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Familiar with Agile methodology

Advanced degree or certification related to field
Experience developing modern frontend apps using React framework
Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms
Excellent presentation skills for communicating both business-oriented solutions and advanced technical concepts
Experience in the FinTech space
Been part of product journey from discovery to delivery
